# PUBLIC NOTICE **GYANDAAN HONORARY DOCTORATE AWARDS FOUNDATION** Gyandaan Honorary Doctorate Awards Foundation is an organization registered with the relevant Government of India authorities, as applicable to its registration records. As per the organization's Memorandum of Association (MOA) and its stated objectives, the Foundation recognizes and encourages individuals who have made valuable contributions to society in fields such as education, social service, arts, culture, journalism and other areas of public welfare by presenting **Honorary Doctorate Awards**. These awards are intended solely to appreciate, recognize and encourage the outstanding contributions and achievements of deserving individuals. **IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:** The Foundation does not award any academic degree, Ph.D., or university doctorate degree. The Honorary Doctorate Award is an honorary recognition only and is not equivalent to an academic degree awarded by any recognized university. The Foundation's activities are carried out in accordance with its applicable registration documents and MOA. MCA registration or approval of an organization's incorporation does not, by itself, authorize it to confer recognized academic degrees.
